Jamie Sawyer took over business operations about 20 years ago, and is the second generation to work in this family owned business. Jamie has been with the company for 30 years, and has been the driving force behind the companies growth, success and stability during this time. “Your business is only as good as the people in it, and if it were not for the awesome employees that have been with this company during all these years, we would not be here today.”

Jack Haughton joined the ASC team in 2021 as the General Manager. He came to us after spending the previous 7 years as the Fleet Maintenance & Snow Removal manager at Mt. Bachelor ski resort. Prior to that he served 22-year active-duty in the United States Air Force with his primary role in Heavy Equipment maintenance and management while working in 10 states & 18 different countries.

Dave Klepper began working at D&S in 1996, and has been a “parts guy”, mechanic, shop coordinator and just about everything for D&S and ASC ever since. Dave works with customers to get repair work done quickly, and has developed an extensive network to obtain parts as cheaply as possible in the fastest time available – constantly in contact with our domestic and overseas sources to get needed parts completed in a matter of days instead of weeks.
